20 + years ago I paid 10 an hour and was liberal with the time in favor of the help and sometimes fed them depending on timing, if needed gave them a ride, Now I would be 20+/hour and not worry about "downtime", remember with out help the you see the one who will be doing it every time you look in the mirror.
