| Minimum of 20 bucks hour, full meals, drinks. Get the high school football team out there or the wrestling team. Those young bucks will have to out do each other. Best is you pick them up early mornings and you drive them home. That way no screwing around, true migrant worker rules. LOL
I would be insulted to do peice work by bale, unless you are paying someone to pick up and stack with a harrow bed (stack wagon). I used to hire good neighbor to run our self propelled stack wagon. He would take vacation time in summer. Pay by hour cash, would fuel and grease ready to roll for him. | |
