Jimgen,I am in a similar position.Cleared land before there was the regulations for wetlands.It has never had tile.Thats how dry it is.Local ag cop was a douche bag and preferred to focus on this 20 year old kid(me) and not do jack to his buddies in his worship group.So I have been forever banned from any ag programs.It actually has been blessing.I can do what I want when I want.
