Pharmacokinetics implicitly/explicitly suggests/indicates there are genetic differences. Aspirin in the early 1980s, for instance, was not medically given to children and teenagers due to the risk of Reye's syndrome. I'm not aware of any drug/vaccine that everybody could use without side effects.

Maybe we read different sources, but I'm not aware of that viewpoint. Genetically, differences exist, "You are what you eat.” More accurately, you are what your ancestors ate." Have a DNA test done....and find out what your ancestries ate:-)
