I read about Operation Ajax. The book written doesnt match up too well with what happened. The Shah had the power to appoint the Prime Ministers. Watching news clips from back then does not match up with U.S. causing a coup. Wasnt until 1979 after the Shah had gotten ill that Komeni came into power. The Shah was an ally of the United States. Komeni was not.
