Not sure on hotest day, but I no they where hot. But was younger and didn't know anybetter. Besides they where all open station back then.
I couldn't last 15 minutes now, at 73 age kicks in. we all just worked to get the job done and didn’t think anything because everyone else was hot too. I liked the barn because you were in the shade. Did them all that way till 2006when we got a big square baler. In high school dad had 160 acres of alfalfa and 40 acres of brome with a case 230 baler so it was every day. On rain days we loaded trucks to be sold. But tc806 is right being over 70 you wonder how you did it. The seat man with no cab still had the easy job. My son started driving baler when he was 9 and the old 830 didn’t have a cab either. |
