SC IA | Was going to say the same. My dad got drug into one a while back on a farm he wasn’t even on anymore. They were trying to go back on every operator that was on it since the violation happened. I believe they were even threatening they would all have to back pay all of their payments which included crop insurance subsidies from every acre they farmed the years they were an operator on that particular property. It was a mess but was eventually dropped. I think someone was just on a power trip | |
