S Illinois		The only issue is April moisture skews those numbers a lot. Looks like most had their wettest April 1-20 on record. But this was on ground that was abnormally dry coming out of winter. May 1 or Mar 1 starting date I imagine would change those graphs by quite a bit.

Edit: May 1- June 27 2014 looks very similar precipitation rank wise in IL to 2026
