Southeast WI | I have a crop consulting business and farm. The Defender gets about about 2500 miles on it it May and June scouting crops. I trailer to central location and run fields and roads all day checking crops which includes hopping fencelines and getting in places a jeep couldn't.
The other two Defenders spend couple mos in fall soil sampling. You aren't doing that with another vehicle other than an atv here.
Plus the rest of the year they run stuff around the farm, transport people here or there. Makes way more sense that starting a pickup for a mile trip down the road. We all have different uses but any way you slice it the two have different purposes.
