That's always my fear of beans that get big and tall early, then they go down and are a mess to combine. Last year we had some that looked awesome like yours early. They were probably 5' tall before they laid down.
At harvest the entire field wasn't more than a foot off the ground and the green stems wouldn't die. Yielded really good but they were miserable to harvest.
