Yes Nat had the event as a major impact on a national level but yet it didn't turn out that way. I don't think a lot of people do the math to realize the impacts of what they are thinking. It takes IL down 15 bu to drop the national 2 bu. A drop of that size is huge for the state but still has just a relatively small impact on the national avg.
