I'm don't completely understand your installation, a picture would help.
I think your intake for the heater is drawing from the block drain on the LH side? You are asking for another spot to tap for the output side (hot)?
Depending on the vintage of the 20 series, you can put a Y fitting in the heater hose going from the oil cooler to the head on the RH side and run the heater output to the Y fitting.
