Baby Robin is spot on this is how it was explained to me also....Yep have to put in contract that land owner an his/her heirs an tenant an his/her heirs will do no activity on property to jeopardize farm program eligibility .... only way u can farm his is all by custom work... or jeopardize yours an other land owners there eligibility..
