Building a hog barn to custom feed in is awful ROI unless they're kicking in money or paying waaay above going yardage rates.
Building a hog barn to feed more of your own hogs in is just plain nuts right now. The market is screaming that there are too many hogs coming to town now, it doesn't want more.
