I agree. Sometimes it would be better to just buy 5 acres with a 3 phase line at the road and start over. The biggest advantage is that you won't have the dust at your homesite and 3 phase is there. The disadvantage would be having to drive over there to check things while you're drying. Its easy for me to just walk out the back door, but I don't like the dust and noise.
