id drain the tank, then fill up good clean fuel and treat it, grab some xtra fuel filters to have on hand, did that on a 450 steiger i bought used same issues i just change fuel filters twice a year everything else is once and no issues, if i could drain the tank i would. treated it a few times worked good for sure.
