Oregon | Thanks to everyone for the insights. I think we'll try what Schulerfarm suggested just to see how it goes and to learn something. An internal sleeve is a good idea to make up for any loss of strength with the tube. As a backup, I think we have a line on a salvage axle from a forage harvester - it's a different part #, but the tube diameter is the same, so maybe that axle can be salvaged and welded to the original yoke if the yokes are different.
This is on a 4320 I picked up up after it had been sitting for a few years. Still working through it. No idea what they hit, but they must have been moving pretty fast. So far, everything else seems to have survived fine. Like I said, still working through it.
