NEMO | I planted our bottom fields on 5/12 on 5/29 I replanted the low spots that drowned out. We've had 10 inches of rain since replant and that corn is about 8 inches tall and the higher spots that had a good stand are now shoulder tall. I think I wasted my time replanting.
Could be worse though because people in some of the other river bottoms around here lost whole fields of both corn and beans and it hasn't dried enough to remove the trash and replant yet. | |
