APH is minimum of 4 years of history. If only 1 year of actual yields then you have 3 years of county T-yields (T stands for Transitional). Therefore 3 x 70 =210 plus 120 is 330 total divided by 4 is 82.5 rounded to nearest whole number 83 and there ya go!

Also note when you added your new farm your agent should have had the ability to add it as the higher of county T yield or your current average APH. Might want to check on that but it might be too late…
