It depends on Corn vs Crude.. but today yes.. still refiners who invested in FCCUs and Cokers are in a position to shut access to the consumer off.. hence the E 15 fight..

E-15 adoption will hurt refiner margins when penetration grows..

If the majors join ethanol to squeeze consolidation.. hmmm.??
