As said above, most likely the cartridges, I have had them all bad. Some were worse than others, I replaced most cartridges on mine, I did reseal a few that were not bad. I think there is a reseal kit, this was on a case tractor and my dealer had plenty of stock on these. Pretty common issue, not a terrible job to fix yourself.
