Can this axle be straightened or should it be cut and replaced?

Galena IL		Let me guess, someone wrapped a chain around the outside end of the axle a pulled??? Dennis

I used one would be my first choice. Second choice would be by a piece of three-quarter inch wall bushing stock and make a new one….Dennis
