Colfax Indiana | If crankshaft pulley is original you can tell on the hours. Lots of hours they’ll be small distinct grooves from belt slap. Cab door - drawbar and ceiling in cab will tell the rest of the story. New seat doesn’t say 4200 hours. Also any background from first owner can give some clues.
