Oklahoma Panhandle | Normal terms are 25% down 75% before fill. So the fill/wheat program would be check on demand. 4th Quarter is 25% down 75% September. Very little NH3 from Koch or CF is pulled without payment.
To answer your second question. Summer fall fill is usually the reset point for fertilizer. It usually goes up from now on. I would estimate 90% of the time. So this could be the 10% that it doesn't.
I think most people recognized the fill number as a good value and probably were running hand to mouth and needed to fill there storage to get ready. | |
