I think with fungicide applications, most people wouldnt be able to tell a difference between good coverage and bad coverage, unless its maybe tar spot. Burndown herbicides will tell you how good the coverage is though. We had a drone spray a field of cover crop cereal rye as we planted it and it turned wet. We had to spray it again with a ground rig when it dried, as you could see all the light and heavy strips, and the light strips didnt die.
