They never have when I had to have bins measured. They look in top and ask what I think it is. No samples for moisture or TW. Had one suggest that I could get a bigger payment if I switched bushels from bad farms to good. Made a formal complaint to the company, Nothing happened as far as I know. The whole system is a complete mess in my opinion.
