A few things to keep in mind:

- If you choose to do a trailer and just land on the main deck, make sure you can see over the top of the corn during fungicide so you maintain VLOS. All it takes is the FAA to show up at just the wrong time and do a ramp check and if you can't maintain that VLOS you may loose your exemption or at least get a firm hand slap. I was able to get a 18k 25' gooseneck off FB for 5,000 and have a removable top deck built for 4,000. A tank off FB for 1000 and misc plumbing and cone bottoms for another 1500-2000. All in I'm at less than half of what the name brand companies want for their trailers and it works great.

- Drone wise I would say at least a T50 as those are still available new so parts are there. I would encourage you to look at the Talos T60X as there are some pretty good promos running through the end of August and it is a highly capable drone. I've put 4000 acres on mine no issue in the last year and a half. T100 in my opinion is too much drone for most people. With the new dual battery spray kit I'm interested to see how they do.

- Generators are something that most guys don't spend enough time or money researching. 3 phase 480V is the future of theses drones and charging them. Personally I bought a 15kW surplus military generator and that runs at about 80% load just charging my T60. If you go the diesel route don't oversize too much otherwise they will wet stack but also give yourself some room to grow.
