Do you have a dealer that can show you or do a pattern test for you? These are very interesting. Saw results from the new DJI T100 last winter. In perfect wind 34’ produced a decent pattern, but 30-32’ was on the money, statistically the same as 20’. DJi advertises wider like up to almost 40’ but the pattern test didn’t back that. 25’ sucked, along with 15’. Yes you can fly too narrow. At 20’ on this machine it was doubling up the entire pattern and it was discussed that in tough wind situations this could likely still do a good job, partially due to the extra prop wash directly below the machine. All this to say I know nothing about the XAGs but getting the settings right for a drone is important.
