Minneota, MN		I use Quickbooks for tax record keeping (I'm on cash basis accounting for tax purposes).

For breakeven calculations, I use my own spreadsheet with accrual basis accounting. Accrual basis accounting requires the matching of revenues and expenses BY CROP YEAR. This is the only way to accurately figure out breakevens.
