North Central Indiana | Not exactly sure what you mean by that. But yeah livestock would be the “other farmers” part of my response. If you’re selling grain commodities odds are the livestock guys are getting a portion of it.
Perhaps it was a dig, like you’re saying if the “city folk” have to spend more on gas it hurts your livestock. And you’re a big tough livestock farmer it sounds like. But if you’re actually a livestock farmer you’d know that fertilizer coming down is more important to your business than gas price. Gotta buy fertilizer and seed if you’re going to have feed for your livestock. And the livestock market is pretty strong right now. So I just am not sure what you’re trying to say other than you aren’t happy with gas prices and you don’t care that fert came down
