Midwest		Use quickbooks and have a certified quickbooks cpa trainer assist you setting up the files then give him the ability to go on line and monitor you. Have the cpa run payroll for you and do payroll deposits in employee accounts and pay withholding to the government . (Trust me on that one because the feds are a pain in butt to correct errors and it’s on your accountant to fix it if there is an error ) Your bank probably has their own format for accrual balance sheets and income statements. Also use the same date every year for these documents. That was a mouthful but it’s just part of running a good business
