Your on a ketogenic diet.

"Traditional Arctic populations (Inuit) - their traditional lifestyle is famously high in fat and protein and very low in carbohydrates

Researchers have found that Arctic populations possess specific genetic adaptations (such as variants in the CPT1A gene) that allow them to process their unique, fat-rich diet without suffering the effects of constant ketosis"

Do note - "Glucose from Protein: The traditional diet is incredibly high in protein. Human metabolism converts a large portion of dietary protein into glucose via a process called gluconeogenesis, which provides the necessary carbohydrates without requiring sugar."
===========
"a standard ketogenic diet generally consists of the following daily calorie breakdown:

Fats: 70% to 80% (e.g., avocados, butter, olive oil, nuts)
Protein: 10% to 20% (e.g., meat, poultry, fish, eggs)
Carbohydrates: 5% to 10% (mostly fibrous, non-starchy vegetables)"
