That's a good point. And ZK puts in the hours. That guy is always loading parts pre-dawn and then driving for hours to a customer location- and documenting it. Not sure I'd spend the money some of those customer spend (adding guidance to what looks like a mower tractor), but that's their business, not mine.
I've learned a lot watching his electrical diagnostic work.
