30 years ago when we'd get transports, dealers wd fight amongst themselves to mark it up .01 - .03/ gallon because "it was just paperwork", not handling it.
Nothing has changed there but now they mark it up .20.
But they have to to make money.
Its the oil companies that are cleaning house.
How many years does it take to burn a transport load through a lawnmower?
Oil soon be under 70
