Yeah, that was part of what was in the book. Other benefits too, like insulin resistance for example, He seemed to indicate that a sunburn in childhood was more likely to develop into cancer than a sunburn at 60 years old, among other things. He did not discount that sun exposure can cause cancer but did mention it can be a trade off, a doctor can burn off a wart but not a heart attack or collerectal cancer. And skin type makes a huge difference. Basically advocated against a one size fits all approach.
