more sunlight seems to indicate less cardiovascular and internal cancers
Potential Benefits of Sunlight for Heart, Infection, and Cancer Risk
THE SYSTEMIC effects of sunlight may extend far beyond the skin, with a decade-long review linking higher UV exposure to lower mortality and possible benefits across cardiovascular disease, infections, and several internal cancers.

Some evidence shows that UVA exposure mobilizes nitric oxide stores in the skin, promoting vasodilation and lowering blood pressure, with implications for reduced cardiovascular risk. Other proposed mechanisms include UV-mediated immune modulation. UV-induced protein fragments, known as neoantigens, may strengthen adaptive immunity by promoting B and T-cell responses and increasing immune diversity, potentially improving resistance to infections and cancer development.
