Very southern Mn | I agree but I don’t think we are anywhere close to what happened in 1980’s today. Living thru 80’s I have been skeptical about land prices all along but I see majority of land that is changing hands go into very solid buyers. There is debt but very manageable and in many cases pretty short term. . I also question with fast changing technology and how fast ag is changing as far as size and management that our current farming model will exist. I have no idea where that takes us? But urban sprawl, data centers, new roads, etc are creating a market because of tax free exchanges that are creating markets with nothing much to do with the return on purchase price.
