North Korea and Iran do not have the missiles (yet) to get a nuke to US land except maybe Alaska. China and Russia are different.

I saw an article that Russian nukes may not be in play so much anymore. Missiles with nukes take a lot of money to keep in repair. There is nuclear material and fuel that goes bad all the time. Russian money has been used to try to invade Ukraine. Putin has said he could use his nukes and nothing has come out of those threats. Lines in sand work only work if a country actually follows through with the line in the sand.

That leaves China. If China nukes the US, then China's biggest market goes away. Not a good thing to do.
