Subject: RE: In defense of sunlight

Schlegel Farms, Hagerstown Indiana
All I know for a fact is that I have been fighting skin cancer for the past 40-50 years (I'm 75).

I have had spots frozen off biannually all those years; I've had radiation and Mohs surgery used to treat skin cancers.

I was never a sun worshiper (no sunbathing, working shirtless, only in the sun if I had to be)...I always wore T-shirts, long pants, and baseball caps.

All my skin cancers have been on the exposed areas, zero on the covered areas.

I'll take my chances eating a lot of fish and eggs to get more Vitamin D if need be.......but the sun has not been my friend.
