Subject: what percent sold are you on new crop?

On expected corn production (which is a fair amount higher than my APH) I sold 39% at $4.70 Dec futures. Sold too early. After that it went up to close to $5.10. I was tired of margin calls at that point but on the way back down I sold another 39% at $4.94. It went down some from there and then back up some and I lost my nerve and bought the $4.94 stuff back for a razor thin profit. My unbeatable hindsight 20/20 marketing skills tells me that was a bad move.

So basically that puts me at the 39% of expected production sold at a hair over $4.70 Dec futures.

I'm a bear at this point. Kinda think if I were wise I'd sell the rest of expected production today. I'm not wise though.

For you bulls, what is making you bullish? Yeah, demand is good but holy smokes this looks like it'll be a good crop to me and the seasonals are not in our favor at this point. Production risk is going down every day.
