Subject: In defense of sunlight

This is a book I've started listening to that I think just came out. He tries to tell what the science actually says, or seems to say. The author is a dermatologist but tries to balance dermatology with the rest of ologies. Some points were that sunlight does raise the risk of some skin cancers, melanoma is more complex than just sunlight. Burning is more harmful than tanning, more sunlight seems to indicate less cardiovascular and internal cancers, and not due to vitamin D. Some things in the book I was aware of and some not. Ive been listening to it on Audible.
