Space heater to warm it up (or sunshine if available). Crisco or butter for lube. Then air it up.
I learned that space heater trick does wonders on semi truck tires when mounting. Bead blaster works great when the tire rubber is warm and flexible. I use to mount with Ruglid but getting hard to find.
