Western-Central Lower Michigan | There is a program called malware bytes and they have both a free and paid version. Since both versions are tied together, its a bit of a pia but download that (avoid the trial version if you can) and run a scan.
You may have some minor malware that is annoying, then get a browser extension to stop ads.
Search on you tube for directions if you need to, as we are all different levels of computer savvy...
