I do not think the Russians have much left to sell to anybody else in the world. Ukraine has torn up their older (T72) and newer tanks. I have heard Russia is using some T55 tanks from what the 1950s. Fighters are not doing so well as Ukraine has attacked some airplane factories. The man pads have decimated a lot of airplanes and tanks. I heard yesterday that Russia is having to import gasoline into Russia because of the Ukrainians attacking refineries.

China is in a different situation. I am not sure that the Chinese airplanes and tanks are so good as some people have reported some of the new stealth fighters have problems with the engines needing to be replaced after every flight. The new tanks do not get a very good review either. Plus China is needing a lot of the airplanes and tanks to invade TW. I do not think that China has sold any fighters or tanks to other countries. One reason is the fighters are expensive.

Looks like missiles and drones are the new power play by Iran, Russia, Ukraine and China.
