My personal opinion is they do not. Iran agrees to something and then reneges. This is fine. As long as we whack a mole when they try to do something.
The good things that have come out of Iran so far up to now.
NO MORE F-14s. Even though the F-14s are old, they are still something to worry about. Not anymore. Good. I was in college when Iranian pilots were brought over to be trained.
I do not think they have any more other airplanes.
No more submarines. Okay they only had 3. Gone
No more Navy. Real naval ships. Gone.
All of the airplanes, submarines, and navy ships will take years to rebuild, learn how to use, etc. The cost will be immense.
They have missiles, drones and drone ships. Are these a threat, yes but the war heads are all pretty small and do not have a human running the machine. Every time they turn on a radar, we whack a mole. The war has cost Iran a lot of money everyday when oil was not flowing. That has to hurt.

325 billion makes for a good downpayment and I hear that russia and china are willing to sell them stuff at firesale prices to keep us occupied and depleted
