| It has been through out the government since before I was born, and that was along time ago.
And yes, the money spent on the pool does affect us all, as it used to be our money.
The refection pool also reflects how the government is run.
It is built with a basic design flaw in that it gets water from a dirty river, but is supposed to be clear water.
When they fix it, they do not change the water source, nor try and re use the water after it is cleaned. | |
