Then why does FSA & MPI use a “pack factor” when measuring a bin for a farm stored loan or yield!

FSA pack factor for corn

56# TW = 1.018
57# TW = 1.033
58# TW = 1.048
59# TW = 1.063
60# TW = 1.078
