I don't do pivots, if you're talking about male threads broken off inside a fitting, then cut them twice with a sawzall and punch out the strip in between. Like this only smaller, bosch makes an inline jigsaw if you do enough , but a cut down sawzall blade is tougher than a jigsaw blade.
