I know there are always questions on which SXS is better but who has a quieter cab when getting the enclosed cab? We have a ranger 1000XP, 1st one with enclosed cab, air /heat. From day one been disappointed how loud inside, get this thing up to 20-25 mph it’s loud in cab. I’ve got enough hearing problems, told my son when we update this time looking for a quieter cab, I use it daily to check and bucket feed cows.
What year, what cab, and what gear are you in?
Dealer installed cab on one of our older ones is literally a tin box but the 20 and 24 factory cabs are very quiet unless you're going 25 MPH in low. If we're going that speed, it's in high. |
