Bought a new Lode King grain trailer.
I have read the manual front to back a few times.
Can someone explain why you would need to dump the air during LOADING?
I have read countless threads about dumping or not during UNLOADING and see the argument both ways.
But why would the air need to be dumped while filling the trailer up? Doesn’t it need to be continuously airing up for the on board gauge to display load psi?
Thanks
I looked up the Lode King grain trailer manual. It does in fact claim that the trailer should be loaded with the air dumped. We load lots of Lode King hopper trailers pulled by commercial truckers. I can assure you that they all load their trailers with the bags inflated and use the air gauges to determine proper loading. |
